When you try to use a promo code during checkout, they will not take off as much money as they're supposed to. Stay far away.

Horrible horrible materials. So thin and feel like they will rip I ordered a few sizes. The size 0 was huge. The size 2 was too small. And the cute images on the site look so cheap in person. Like they make different materials for the models. Literally such bad quality! And the clothes look terrible on! They just don't fit right at all as if the proportions have gotten messed up.
My body dysmorphia just came back from how bad everything looked. I had orders a pair of white high heels off NastyGal. The shoes came in 3 days after I had purchased the order which was fine.
On the day I received these shoes when I open the boxes to find very very poor quality of these shoes and off white colour not as described on the website. It's been over a month now and I still have not received my money back.

This is very much a "get what you pay for" situation. I only had one issue and it was addressed promptly and they just sent me a new jacket, I didn't have to return my current one. If you're stupid enough to not read them and check returns policies, then that's on you guys.
