You only exist to make life difficult for other players trying to play. On a PvE server, these are the ones who will trick you into flagging yourself. This attitude goes for both sides. I tend to attack people when its on a road, 'throwing down the gauntlet' style.

I think what Blizzard should do is somehow make a cross between PvE and PvP servers, for folks who want the extra challenge of PvP without the sheer annoyance.

YMMV, of course, all servers are different. It seems that someone who attacks a flagged person will be flagged themselves sort of holds them back. PvE servers also seem to, on average again, varies , attract a more tamer, traditional RPG crowd. PvP is the complete opposite. Its a mix of people looking for challenge and total assholes.

Theres not enough flagged people on PvE, and tricking them into flagging A. Takes too much time sometimes, and B. So, to PvP they go so they can fight on their terms.

If they could only make a server that mixes the two, id be a happy person. Examples of mixing the two could be: A. Those who wish to farm or grind in peace may go to the Neutral territories, but still have challenge with the contested territories.

It doesnt even have to be many; a designate a continent to be Neutral, and maybe 1 in Outland, to balance the Uber PvP area of Nagrand. Basically, if you fight, you have to fight someone who stands a chance.

At the same time, greys wouldnt be able to freely attack the others, either, for preventing a team of lowlevels taking over a World PvP event. Basically, combat would be limited. Challenge would still be there in traveling in contested territories of your level, of course. Prevent killing of quest mobs. Sorry, but this is just asshole like. Let the guards be killed, let the random NPCs be killed, but not quest mobs. More Battlegrounds! Big wars on each side, thats where its at for me.
